Terms & Conditions

These terms describe how projects with Ajous Studio ("the Studio") are agreed, delivered and paid for. They apply to every quote, order and project unless we agree otherwise in writing.
1. Provider
Services are provided by Ajous Studio, an independent digital studio operating from Czechia.

2. Scope of services
The Studio provides website development, web applications, video editing, thumbnail design, Discord and Minecraft server setup, and custom PC building.
The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are defined in a written quote or order confirmation agreed by both parties before work begins.
3. Quotes and prices
Prices listed on this website are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on the project's complexity and requested features and is confirmed in the quote.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences, plugins, stock assets or hardware components.
4. Order and delivery
A project is considered ordered once the client confirms the quote in writing (e-mail is sufficient).
Delivery dates are estimates based on timely client cooperation. Delays in providing content, feedback or access may shift the timeline.
The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all materials supplied (texts, images, logos, data).
5. Payment terms
Larger projects are usually invoiced with a deposit of up to 50% before work starts and the remainder on delivery. Smaller work may be invoiced in full after delivery.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise. Late payment may pause work on the project.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds agreed in the quote.
Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are treated as additional work and quoted separately.
7. Intellectual property
Once the project is fully paid, the client receives the rights to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.
Third-party components (fonts, plugins, libraries, stock media) remain subject to their own licences.
The Studio may present the delivered work in its portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing.
8. Support and warranty
Defects reported within 30 days of delivery that prevent the agreed functionality are fixed free of charge.
Changes caused by third-party updates, hosting issues, client edits or new requirements are not covered and are quoted as maintenance work.
9. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work already carried out is invoiced proportionally to the progress made.
10. Liability
The Studio is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or data loss caused by third-party services, hosting providers or client-side changes.
Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the affected project.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement, otherwise by the competent Czech courts.
