This policy explains what personal data Ajous Studio processes, why, and what rights you have. It is maintained by Ajous Studio and applies to services.ajous.cz.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Ajous Studio, Czechia. You can reach us at info@ajous.cz for any privacy request.
2. What data we process
Contact data you send us voluntarily by e-mail: name, e-mail address, and anything else you include in your message.
Project data needed to deliver an order, such as content, access credentials you choose to share, and billing details.
Basic technical data generated when your browser loads this site (for example IP address and browser type) by our hosting provider.
3. Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
To perform the contract and deliver the agreed project.
To meet legal obligations such as accounting and invoicing.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months.
Project and billing records are kept for as long as required by Czech accounting and tax law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the studio, such as e-mail and hosting providers, always limited to what is necessary.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your data, and object to processing.
Send any request to info@ajous.cz. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS and access to client data is limited to what is needed to deliver the project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
